These booties are a fabric base and lined with an anti pill fleece fabric. Sizes 4.5” and up will come with ToughTek soles that are water, heat and slip resistant.
In order to get accurate sizing pleas measure the child's foot from heel to biggest toe and add .25"-.5" for growing room (personal preference).
